Project overview

Dropshipping Nepal already had traction, but the backend was holding them back—unreliable registration, catalog sync that drifted from suppliers, orders getting stuck mid-pipeline, and payment edge cases that eroded trust at checkout. We audited the system, closed the failure modes, and rebuilt the critical services: accounts, product ingestion and sync, order lifecycle, and payment reconciliation with clearer error handling and observability. We refreshed the marketing surface for conversion, but the real win was a platform operations team could run without firefighting. Hundreds of small businesses across Nepal now depend on that stack every day.
