Public Speaking Championship needed a clean, credible platform to drive signups and reduce manual coordination. We designed a conversion-focused landing experience, clarified the event narrative (eligibility, timeline, judging, prizes), and streamlined the registration flow so applicants can submit in minutes. On the operations side, we improved how submissions are captured and reviewed, making it easier for the team to manage rounds, updates, and communications without spreadsheets.
